Wow. What a blast! I had such a good time last night. If you have been looking for a judgement-free place to partake, I hope you choose to make this your home base because I have been craving that kind of connection. Not this social media connection, but that presence you can FEEL when someone is sitting right next to you. Real, authentic, genuine, human connection. It's different, right?
When I first had the idea of AREA 42, I imagined it as a beacon for all of the outcasts, underdogs, and rainbow sheep. I wanted it to be like a clubhouse for anyone who has ever felt “alienated,” because throughout my whole life, those have been my people. They have walked the terrain of rejection, grief, and invisibility, and they recognize the hollowness of feeling alone in a world full of people.
I am building AREA 42 with the intention of creating a community for the alienated. We can be your home for the holidays if you don’t have a family to see. We will celebrate your birthday, promotion, graduation, baby shower, whatever it is. And we will be here for the hardships, too. I am on a mission to create something truly beautiful … And my husband is doing AREA 42 because, well, he just really likes weed.
While most events will be on the weekends, if that doesn’t jive with your schedule, we are flexible and open to hosting at other times as well. Plus, as a VIP member, you get a personal access code to the building so you can enter from 9 am to 5 pm any day of the week. We already have several events lined up on the calendar including a Hashy Halloween Bash and a Danksgiving Dinner .
I know the building is not quite finished, and this is why it’s such a great time to join us! You can be a part of our story as a founding member. What color should we paint the rest of the walls? You could even sign one in blacklight ink so it glows like our mural.

When you join as a “Space Cadet” member at $97/month, you get a Welcome Bag and an Area 42 T-Shirt. Then all monthly classes and events are included at no additional cost. This includes food, all materials needed for the events, and party favors. You get access to our private Discord, and miscellaneous gifts from us and our partners. As you may know by now, I LOVE to give away free stuff. The hubby has to rein me in sometimes!
As a step up, we offer a VIP “Cosmic Cannaisseur” membership at $199/month which comes with all of the Space Cadet perks PLUS:
Early access to RSVP for events with limited space

Whether you are a Space Cadet that’s here for the events, or you’re a Cosmic Cannaisseur more interested in the equipment and networking, we have something for you. This is a pretty small mothership though so space really is limited.
I have received a lot of requests for photos from the AREA 42 Sneak Peak last night, but I was having so much fun with everyone, enjoying the moment, that I didn't take many. AREA 42 values confidentiality and does not share photos of or tag anyone without their prior consent. Here are a few of our venue, which is about 70% complete.
